I think you could set up most of the parameters, and make a set of images using one parameter to make changes. Changes are not parmanent until the result is save. So, just make a subtle change and save again. I don't know if you could use just two images. The image I used was more of a wing set. These weren't designed to be butterflys, but farie wings.
