Unable to download templates in WD7 Premium

Good day all,
Since I purchased the full software, I keep having problem downloading the software and it content. Is there an other way to download templates. Because right now if this problem is not solved within 48 hours, I'll asked for my money back. So please help me because it seems to be an interresting software.

what exactly is the problem?

I clicked
- Download template
- I checked the box " Content Pack 224,35 Mb"
- An then it shows a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in the middle and everything stops.

I am using Windows 7 and I have plenty of RAM and Disk space.

I tried to open as an administrator and still have the same problem. It download the content up to 99% and the warning sign appear and it stops.

Still doesn't work. Any other ideas?

I suggest you open a ticket with http://support.xara.com - they may be able to help determine why your internet connection is failing to get the file.
