Lines don't snap to grid anymore?

Markku have you checked your Magnetic Snap Radii settings? If they are zero then snapping will not occur.

They were 4 and 6, but now they are 2 and 2 (px). Should be ok?

A new observation of this problem at my end; a rectangle is affected similarly if its vertical size is less than 4 px. So with 5px height it snaps, but not with 4, 3, 2, 1 px.
My Grid is set to 50px (major) and 5 subdivisions.

I'm afraid that you have found a bug in the snapping code in version 7.1. It has been caused by the changes to support the new "smart snapping"/"magic snapping" system.

I'll post more information about fixes and/or workarounds in a while.

To ShapeShifter; What version of Xara are you using since you insisted that lines do snap, eventhough they dont because there is a bug?

Hi, sorry if this had been discussed before. I've found a workaround for this problem. Set your magnetic snap radii for line at 0.5pt and zoom your view at 300%, set your grid at 1in with 8 subdivision, your line will snap with grid at every 0.125in.
