I¨ve cleaned the cache. No Justitia . What is wrong now?

Hymer this file is completely empty. Neither does it have any MouseOff or MouseOver layers?

Thank You ShapeShifter, I walked my invisible dog (I have not any visible , I get crazy of this ) What is "drawing size" at uploading, why is it possible to choose that? Justitia is in the right layer but she is still unvisible in the browsers.
Edited It is empty again. I'll come back.
Edited again What happens? I can not upload the file! The file on my computer is not empty, I see the icon with the miniature shape of my site, but when it is uploaded, it is empty. I must walk the dog again .
