Paintshop Pro X2 hangs at startup.

While starting the application the splash screen shows up (loading all the dlls) but it finally freezes listing "Building Menus" as shown under.



Launching the application again and again helps sometimes in getting through (the program starts normally), but mostly it doesn't!

Any help would be appreciated.
