Not registered for .web files!

Since upgrading my software recently doing so to Web Designer 7 Premium, on loading a message pops up telling me that "This program is not registered for .web files. Do you want to register now?" There is a "yes" button which I press but despite that (and seeing no resulting action taking place) the self same message is thrown up again. After closing the program and then restarting the message returns.

I am successfully using the program in the way I always have publishing my web site without bother and that is of course stored as a .web file. So what is going on here?

* Close the program
* Re launch the program as administrator (right-click icon > Run as Admin...)
* When the register prompt shows, place a tick in the box and then answer 'yes'

This should fix it.
