I don't understand it Gary. I get the feeling that all of the time-travelling inane posters may be the same one.

At the moment Photoshop probably is the world's most-used web design program.

It has a lot of competition appearing though.

Xara maybe a good alternate but I should say go with Photoshop a better option.
