Designing Tool for the Templates

would anyone like tell me the tools other then adobe Photoshop. Which are more time savvy. Because i design the templates of Joomla, CSS and Magneto.

Have a look at Xara Web Designer 7 Premium or Xara Designer Pro 7 then check out the excellent Xara support forums on TalkGraphics.

As this is in the non-Xara section, and since Xara cannot be used to develop templates for Joomla, (nor Magneto nor CSS templates), here is what I have used:
