Preview Site Error

Hi, I'm a new user of this software and have run into a bit of a snag.

Anytime I use the preview icon, I receive an "internal error" popup and an unable to preview. I've also tried going through the file menu to preview, but receive the same "xara internal error" message.
Has anyone else encountered this? Any solutions?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That does not sound right.

Does it happen if you shut down Web Designer and then start it up again?

And one thing that often cures a multitude of ills is close the program, right click on the program icon, and select Run as Administrator. I am not sure why this is but it often solves the problem.

Hi

Please try closing the program. Next, right click on the programs desktop shortcut and select to run as administrator. Doing this once should resolve the problem
