Error loading WebStyle4

Hello.. I installed the downloading demo onto my computer (WinXP), and everytime I try to load in the program it gives me an MSXML4 NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. I dont know what this is or why it would error me when tring to load in the Xara Webstyle4 .. Does anyknow know what I could try to do to fix this? This program looks exactly what I need but I can't even start it up! Yikes!!

Try downloading the file msxml.dll at www.dll-files.com and load it onto your computer in the c:\windows\system32 folder. You may have to shut down your computer and restart before loading Webstyle4.

I'm very surprised that noone has taken the time to answer your question for a week and-a-half. This appears to be a very active board.
