Copy Layer

Is there a way to copy a layer from one page to another existing page. I've searched talkgraphics and help but can't find a way.

I think you would need to create a new corresponding layer on another page, then go back to the previous page, make all layers invisible except the one you want to copy, then select all (Ctrl a), copy, then go to the new page, select the new layer, and Paste in Place.

Ya, I had experimented before posting question and did find that you could create a new layer in the target page and then copy and paste layer objects from original page into new target page layer, but I was hoping there was a quicker way. Don't have to do it very often, so it's really not that big of a deal. Thanks for responding.
