Index page not at the top of Web Designer 6

I deleted a page from web designer 6 and now there is a space above my index page. I do not have the option to move the index page up, only down. How do I move all my remaining pages up one space. tk

Hmm, don't understand how that could happen. No actually I do. Strange things DO happen.

Double click on the Navigation Bar, and you can drag and drop the title bars from the pages to new locations.

You can also drag page's title bars to a new location in the Page and Layer Gallery.
