Can no longer change colors or text,etc.

I no longer can change/edit the colors and text,etc. in my Webstyle 4. It used to work fine and now I am not longer able to change these things. Does anyone have any idea why this is or how I can fix it?

I'm also having this problem. I haven't changed a thing either. The editing buttons just stopped working (grayed-out). Must have been something done when new templates were uploaded.
