Want webpages to align left not centered

Is there a setting somewhere in DP 7 that makes all pages align to the left in browsers? I have a client that wants this (first one ever).

Just realized there is a tweak for this... at least for DP 6.

There's a new version of the tweakset for WD7P/DP7. Make sure you use it.
