Netscape (7.1 or older) do not recognize Webstyle navbar at all

Problem:
The Netscape 7.1 do not recognize the navbar generated with Webstyle.
Appears having nothing at all.
How can we fix this problem? Apparently the Java 2 runtime environment
used by Netscape can not read the ".js" in the html source.

Please can you provide the URL where the problem you are encountering with the navbar can be viewed. Java and JavaScript are not the same thing.

Java is an object-oriented programming language.

JavaScript is a scripting language, implemented as an extension of HTML. The Java runtime is not used to read and execute JavaScript

Please check your browser settings to ensure Javascript is enabled.
