    Hi all.

I'm having a bit of a problem in Photoshop (again).

I'm trying to select a letter of text out of a word and modify it.

For example, If I typed "RJ SWIFT" and I just want to select the "R" & "J" and enlarge them WITHOUT affecting the world "SWIFT" although, it's on the same layer.

I don't know if the "direct selection tool" is the right one but, I know it can be done. Unfortunately, the manual doesn't have any help topic that I can find that's related.

    I would appreciate any help.

    Thanks for your time.

one way is you type them on seprate layers. The other is you press Ctrl & click on the layer and then take any selection tool and press
Alt and deselect those letters you don't need
    Have fun
