Linking pages into same site

I've created my own pages in Premium 7, from my own template. Of my 12 pages, none will link together...the 'link to' button shows only <next page>, etc. or only the actual page I'm on. Can't find ANY way to select other page names to go into buttons/links. I've exported pages, but they don't seem to see or talk to each other. HELP, PLEASE!

Are all your pages in the same document? If so they will be listed after the next page last page links.
