Editing Nav Bar

I know this is here somewhere, but couldn't locate it. How do I change the color of a nav bar and keep the transparency settings. The nav bar doesn't seem to use a Named Color.

Hello try this maybe it will help. Select the Fill tool (G) Then Right click the navigation bar. Choose "Fill Color" a mini window will open called "Editor Color" Theres going to be a selection menu there it should be something like "Local fill color" If you click on it depending on the navigation bar you will see 2 to 3 fill colors thats your navigation colors you can change one by one in there.
