Hospitality Theme - Not working in XDP7 but does in XWDP7

I tired to use the Hospitality theme in Designer Pro 7 but it wouldn't open and gave the message, "Failed to load. Some objects..... " (see attachment). I then opened WDP7 and the template opened fine, so I saved it out and tried to open the saved file in Designer and got the same message as before, which was quite puzzling as Designer 7 opens all of my other Xara work without any hiccups. Any ideas anyone?

OS: 64-bit Windows 7 Professional

Same problem here. Can't open the website or any of the individual pages.
