Xara Designer Pro 7 Won't Install

I downloaded Xara Designer Pro 7 trial, which is the xaradesignerpro7dl file. The first time i ran this file, being the installation manager it never went past 0% so i cancelled. This happened a few times. Eventually it ran once to 87% then hung. I tried several more times and it just would not run again so i downloaded the dl file again.

Once again after a few cancellations after not getting further than 0% i got it to 94% then hung once more.

Three days later and I'm still battling trying to get further than 0%.

I am running on an adsl line.

I do have Xara Designer Pro 6 and wish to upgrade to 7, but nonetheless i will still have to download and run the trial version with or without my key.
