Can't Delete Green Boxes

I just downloaded Web Design Premium today and am starting my first website. However on one of the pages I have created there are three green boxes, they look like text boxes. How do I select and remove them? I can't seem to figure it out. I thought I would use the selector tool, click the box, and click delete. But that's not working. It has to be something simple I am missing. Someone please help. Thanks, Carson.

They are to do with the text. Click on the outline and delete :-)

That's the whole problem. I can't click the outline. I try clicking it from every possible position and it does not select it. How else could I go about selecting them?

If you look in the Page & Layer Gallery, is the object locked perhaps? Perhaps they are on a locked layer?
