Default Live copy problem with brushes

When changing the fill properties of a brush, the changes are not propagated to live copies of the object. Using XDP7.

    Example:

    - Create a rectangle
    - Create a live copy of it
    - Select the first rectangle, and change it's line to - for instance - the Tacks brush. Make sure to increase the line width so you can actually see it. The tacks are all in the current line colour.
(so far so good, the live copy has the tacks as well)
    - Now change the fill properties of the brush to "Local colours replace - No brush colours". The tacks should now have different colours, as intended (- please fix this as well, as requested a year ago: http://www.talkgraphics.com/showthre...urs&highlight= )

The live copy tacks don't change.

One funny thing is, when you copy and paste the first live copy (with the unchanged tacks), the newly created live copy does have the multi-coloured tacks!

Another weird thing is, when you select the rectangle with the unchanged tacks, and change it's line width, all tacks in the linked live copies lose all their fancy colours.

Please Xara, fix the way the fill properties of brushes are handled!

Not a bug because Live copies are groups: you must double-click one of the live copies to 'edit inside' then you can change the brush fill properties to 'No brush properties', save and the live copies will update. This is correct behaviour

I agree that it does work when you 'edit inside' it. This raises another point though. When changing the fill colour or applying a bitmap fill you do not need to 'Edit inside'. Why this inconsistency?
