Buttom Mouseover problem

I'm trying to add a popup to this template button. When I web preview from Xara it works fine, I get the mouseover affect and I get the popup when I publish the button is static, no mouseover or popup.

Al would you attach your .xar file so we can look at how you have setup the popup?

I've attached 2 xar files, the first one is the button problem. The second file is a simple photo that I was trying to get a popup of the photo to show. It won't even web preview the thumbnail.
In the Web properties, mouseover tab, what does the Show popup text (Title) do?

The Show popup text (Title) works like a tool tip. It pops up the text you enter into the box.

Try the attached .xar file.

Your second file consists of a Photo document (not a web page document) and your jpg image, this is why it will not preview.

Try this .xar using your image on the MouseOff layer and a larger version on a popup layer.

No luck, I got the web preview but it won't give me the mouseover or tool tip when I publish. That's why I had asked about the tool tip, originally that is what I had tried. I would really like the mouseover.

Do you have javascript disabled in your default browser?

Where are you publishing the site and what is your default browser?

I'm using Firefox, I just checked it, javascript is enabled.

I've tried both locally and online, neither work, using Kompozer. It does work when I do the Xara web preview.
