xara version 6 reinstallation and error message when making button

hello there, I have recently installed new hard drives in one to reinstall version 6 and version 7.

On installation of version 6 and tried to do a design and getting the following error when opening a texture to put into a design.

xara has failed and no image can currently be displayed.

Try undoing any recent changes you have made.

It brings the be okay and then is not doing anything else.

I have deleted and reinstalled again with the same effect.

My original hard drives I have never come across this error.

The new hard drives are exactly the same brand except larger.

I would appreciate any assistance with this registered version as I want to compare version 6 version 7.

Follow this support article and re-open Xara3D6 afterwards (you may need to restart your computer before re-opening Xara3D6)

hello Pete thank you for the reply, I just got your message today sorry. The support people finally replied also with the same installation fixing. But it has not worked, so I am replying back to them. Thanks again, I will let you know the outcome eventually regards Mark
