You have a rather easy logo to trace here. It didn't take me long to trace by hand (tip: don't try the bitmap tracer!)
- Start by drawing the circle and then draw one of the "flaps".
- Copy and rotate the flap (place the rotating point in the center of the circle) 90 degrees.
- Select all four flaps and Add shapes (Ctrl+1).
- Move the flaps behind the circle (Ctrl+B), select flaps and circle, and Subtract shapes (Ctrl+2)
You can see in my snapshot how I place the anchor points for the flaps and text.
