Image mapping with tooltips

Is there an easy way to do image mapping, with each area activating a tool tip, that I have control of its placement. I don't need a link, just a tool tip.

You can have images pop up in a specific area of your page when your visitor mouses over or clicks a smaller image or text. Is this what you are referring to? If this is what you want then create a new layer for each of the pop up images and link to that layer either by a click or mouse-over. The mouse-over link is the one found in Website Properties > Mouse-over > Show Pop-up Layer.
