DP7 loading hospitality theme error

I'm trying to open the hospitality website theme but I'm getting an error "failed to load, some objects not allowed in the current editing context", not sure what that means or why it won't load.

I can confirm that ... tried with both 'website' and the individual pages

I think someone will have picked up on it now and something will be done ... if possible
