Adding forms that is linked to a my sql database

I have created forms in html and saved it in the html placeholder. This is displaying correctly. How do I go about linking these forms to my mysql database in WD6. Please help

Elanri, this is beyond the capabilities for a beginner in using this technology. You will need someone to write some back-end software for you to run on your server.

If it's just a contact form, you may just need a mail forwarder.
