problems with Xara version 7

I'm running into all kinds of problems with version 7 that I didn't have with version 6. I have chosen a nice ripple animation and it animates, then there's a long pause before it animates again. How can I get a smooth repeating animation?

Xara 3D Maker 7 has some added options for Animation that did not exist in version 6.

In Animation options change the Pause value to 0 to achieve the same effects as in Version 6.

The Pause value is set to 0 but this animation still disappears completely for exactly 5 seconds. Like it's gone.

I tried a few more animations and they do the same thing. They stop completely for several seconds. Maybe I could show you with IE, if it would help.

Attach your .x3d file to a post for analysis.

Can't find that file. Could it have another name?

When you create something in Xara3D Maker 7 and Save, it creates a file with the filename extension of .x3d.

If your computer uses the default of hiding extensions (the ".x3d" in this case) then it will only appear as the filename portion before the "." (the period).

Open the application, choose to "Save As". Make note of the folder and filename is. Navigate to that folder when you go to place and attachment in your reply (using the Go Advanced button). Click on the filename, upload and submit your reply.
