Xara version 7 text

I recently upgraded to Xara 3D 7. How can I keep the Xara Version 7 words from popping up and sometimes even on my workspace?

My text entry includes alot of text about Xara Version 7 that I did not type in. It's advertising on my canvas. For instance, I see my name, then I see the words Xara Version 7 add itself into my creation. I hope that explains it better.

That is not something that should happen. It sounds as though your computer may have some malware causing this problem.

Nothing within Xara 3D Maker 7 could automatically add text to itself.

I guess I'll have to contact the software company because I have excellant anti-virus and anti-malware protection which is updated regularly.

Please provide some details, a video showing the problem would be great.

As for contacting Xara support you can do that at http://support.xara.com

I have never heard of anyone having the problem you have mentioned and I have been a member of these forums for more than 10 years.

I was about to send off an email to support and decided to try Xara again. It seems to be working right today. So I'll hold off until I have time to try the same animation I was having trouble with. Hopefully it fixed itself.

I always hit the backspace key to remove that before I begin my text. It's okay for now. I'll post again if it happens again.
