Are you screen print designer...? And want to easily colour seperate your design...?
Try this trick,

* Change all colours to pantone.
* Place your registration mark. ( must in registration colour )
* ( Ctrl+p ) In print option, select print seperations, you can add or delete colours under seperations tab.

Warning: This will seperate colours without overlapping
Remind : Some colour seperation addons work in same way.
Example: Vector sep
