Absolute Positioning

Not sure if this topic has been discussed - I've been looking but couldn't anything. I recently created a website but found that the "Absolute Positioning" was causing some issues. I worked through the issues but never found a way to change the "Absolute Positioning".

Is there a way to "turn this off"?

No. It's how Xara achieves WYSIWYG design.
