    Default Help with error message on displayed page...

    Hi Guys looking for just a little help here,

    I am designing a site for a small company at the moment http://www.sbfltd.co.uk/new and when the index page loads in IE8 it says there is an error on the page...

    Webpage error details

    I cant find the error anywhere.... ON the other page I have just completed there is no error, can anyone shed any light on this

    Have you looked at the source for the page using your browser rather than your project file?

    The message saying 'hs' is undefined is referring to the HighSlide viewer. I find the referecent to hs.align on line 133, but Microsoft often gets the line numbers incorrect in their error messages.


    I do not get an error using IE9.

    Hi Soquili,

    Solved it - It was because I was using a html placeholder script to centre pop ups, because there wasn't any pop ups on that page it was showing the error.

    The error is actually there in IE9 also, its just that IE9 doesnt display it even if you have the status bar showing. If you double clcik the status bar in IE9 on the left hand side, any error messages that are there will show.
