    Default Why am I getting this message

    "Unable to find the filter to import that file with"
    When I go to preview my page and/or site. Hasn't happened before. I'm using v7 Premium.

    Welcome to TalkGraphics. This may or may not help but it is about all I can think of. Close WD. Then right click on the program icon and select Run as Administrator. You only need to do this once and it will either work or it won't.

    Thank you! That worked on the file I tried earlier today. Hopefully, it works on the office computer as well. I appreciate the reply.
