text link does not function

Hi,

Not able to make a text-link function correctly. I can see it underscored in WD7 but when I preview or export to html the underscore disappear and no link-cursor or response?
The text is in a text-box placed on a rectangle but they are not grouped (I read in another thread that grouping text could spoil the link capability).

Attach your design (.web) so we can check what's wrong with it.

UPS - the text column was placed on the pagebackground - I moved it to the MouseOff layer and fixed the problem.
