Replace bitmap on multiple frames of an animation

I have a 12 frame animation made with Web Designer and was given all new graphics to put in. On each frame, I generally have a graphic that is shown and one at 99% transparency. I would like to simply replace the bitmaps, but the object on one page is shown and in the other it's not. Is there a way to replace the object just once and have it replace all the frames?

I am not sure if this will work, but you might drag and drop the new photo onto the existing photo. If the photos are duplicates then this should replace the others.
