Audio Widgets

I am using web designer 7, and I can't get the audio widget to work on it, (see previous post). I was reading the other threads and they say that there are other "widgets" that can do to this as well. But I can't find them.
Can anyone tell me what they are called and/or how to find them.
I don't personally care if they are widgets or not, I just need a way to get audio files from my computer onto my website.

You might have a look at these players http://www.premiumbeat.com/flash_music_players I think they offer a freeware (with ads) and a shareware version.

There is also a utility called Format Factory http://www.formatoz.com/ that can convert a sound file to different formats.

You don't have to use the audio widget. I put sound samples on my web site without a widget. I created popup layers with the sound file on the popup layer. When you click the song title (the link) it pops up the new layer and begins playing the song sample. And because the web host I use doesn't allow .mp3's (they're really inexpensive...less than $3/month) I simply converted the files from .mp3 to .swf which are much smaller and load instantly.
