Curve Flyout in Photo Paint

I am watching the video tutorials that came with my Corel Draw/Photo Paint X5. It mentions the 2-Point Line Tool and says it can be found in the Curve Flyout. The Photo Paint help shows the same thing.

My toolbar does not have the Curve Flyout on it. I cannot see anyway to add it. I can add individual commands, but do not see how to add a fly out.

I have the tool as shown here in CorelDraw X5 Home and Student. You don't have this?
