Splash Screen Question

I have a registered copy of WD 7.04 but each time I bring the program up I get the following splash screen and even though I click Yes, it keeps coming up each time I launch. Does this imply I actually haven't registered the product???

That dialog shows that the .web file extension is not currently set in your computer's registry to use Web Designer 7 as the default program to open .web files.

Simply uncheck the checkbox and then click the Yes button. The dialog should not appear again.
