In the Navigation Bar Properties dialog, how about having some visual indication if a button has a menu below it, for example having the button name bold/different colour/italicised or the + symbol different in some way.

For now you can use alt+31 in the properties dialogue and it will be in your label too - example .web here

Yeah some kind of visual indication would be nice without the need to expand.
