To find info on how to optimize a site to work well with smart phones?

There might be tutorials but not for Xara. My best guess would be to consider the size of the iPhone screen (960-by-640-pixel resolution at 326 ppi), and then interpolate this upwards to 96dpi (I get 960 x 640 at 96dpi). So design your page at this size. And last I heard, Apple still does not support Flash.
