How to convert navigation bars ?

Hi people !

I made one site in Xara WD a year ago, but today I want to redesign it. Firstly, I want to change look of navigation bars. The old bars have many links and sublinks in branches ... So I had idea just to put a new navigation bars and to copy attributes from old nav bars ... unsuccessful.
Question: is there any chance to copy all data (names and links) from one nav bar to another ?
