Drop-down menu direction

I'm using a horizontal menu bar across the tops & the bottoms of several pages. The top menu's drop-downs do what they're supposed to do - drop down. And the bottom menu's drop-downs also,of course, drop down - DUH - but they disappear below the bottom of the page, hiding several page links . Is there any way to have them drop UP? Thanx!

No. Unless you implement them with pop-up layers instead of navbar tool.
