My latest Xara creation. It's actually a remake of an older drawing of mine I did in 1995. For some time I wanted to do a new and improved version. I'm really happy with how it turned out.

Xara wood fills were used for the dock.

    Cheers!

    -Bob.

My original drawing is on my site in the "scanned" section. If you're interested.

They are almost as cute as the puppy...I love the way you did the water.

Bob, I love your drawing, it´s really beautiful. I like how you drawed the faces and the reflection of the sun on the water, but the whole drawing is lovely.
It´s my favourite drawing now, but all the others , which you did, are also very very nice.

It tells a nostaligic story. Like Gary said the water is great.

Thanks for sharing it with us, it's a real winner.

What I like best is the apparent heart shaped sun.
Was that intentional or a happy accident. Either way it works as a lovely illustration.

This was my first version of the drawing, done in 1995. It was done for my friends wedding invintations. He called me on the phone, described what he wanted. Two kids sitting at the end of a dock, sharing a fising pole and holding hands.

The heart shaped sun was my idea
It's more obvious in the black and white drawing. But I'd be happy if people didn't notice the heart shape at first glance in the colour version. But maybe it's pretty obvious too, I don't know.

I didn't name the drawing. The "Forever Mine" title was on the front of the inventations, so I kept it as the name.

    Cheers!

    - Bob.

Well, you all know, I can say allot but I won't, I promise.

    The sun idea, just wonderful.

The dock, I am impressed by (bitmap copy with noise added to it Bob??)

    The kids, charming!!

The water, no words can express how beautiful it looks!!

Over all, I love your image Bob, it would make a great card that I'm sure allot of folks would pay for to send to their loves!!

Cute, cuddly and all very well done. Have you done Artist of the Month yet for the XaraXone Bob??

    You should.

I really like the Garden image with the face. That is really wonderful. I tried to see if it was something that really couldn't be but it totally works. Very Kool!
