Xara PGD 6 - bug? - clpindex.tmp

I have Xara Designer 6 - and everytime I open "designs gallery" there is an information that "An error occurred (file does not exist) when opening the file: clpindex.tmp" - searched forum, found this thread about Xara 4

- and indeed I have not latin letter in user folder name - is it or it is something else - don't know.

Any idea how to fix this?

Welcome to TalkGraphics

One thing that frequently works for a variety of issues is Right click on the XD6 program and select Run as Administrator.

Try it and let us know if it works.

I received an answer from support - unfortunatelly it is connected with accented letter in user folder name - and no, there is no solution as for now (other than running xara from other user).

Very interesting. So, this was caused by the user name you used to create your account?

As You said it. Running Xara from another accent-free user is flawless.
