I just upgraded and am really pleased with the extra features. Just the snap to, page transitions and extrude 3D are worth it. The FTP Explorer is a good added feature as well. The special upgrade price of $39 can't be beat.

The 2 or 3 small problems I was having with WD7 Premium have now been fixed with the update released today. So, YES, it is well worth upgrading.
