drop down buttons in navigation bar

The drop down buttons in my navigation bar work perfectly when I do a site preview using Web designer 6 (I may go to 7) but when using them in Firefox, Chrome, or IE sometimes they work and other times they don't, sometimes I need to get to one sub menu before I can get any others to work? the web site that I am web-master for is http://www.english-martyrs-chard.co.uk/
