We will gladly teach you to do the work for yourself.

We do not make graphics by request.

If you are willing to pay the designer their usual price for the work there may be someone that has time to fit the job into their schedule.

Hi Dave - firstly you will need a far better quality image than the one you linked to.
Preferably a transparent .png file, or even better, a vector file such as .svg, .xar, .ai.
Otherwise you will have to redraw it from scratch, as I have, well the shield anyway.
