Hi Steven,
I am assuming you mean this to be a request for Web Designer 7 since those options are already in Designer Pro 6.
Maybe those options were left out on purpose as incentive to purchase Designer Pro 7 when it is released later this year.

Yes, but you are likely correct as I'm sure some would pay just for those menu enhancements. ;-o
