change colour psp8 uning dropper

How do I change the colour i.e. of skin tone using the dropper to select the colour I want. I can select with the droper for forground and background but can't work out how to actually change the colour on the image????

You could use Manual Color Correction>Skintones.

Sample the source colour from the image, then select the colour you would like to change to as the target.
Do this on a duplicate layer, so you can lower the opacity of the layer.

You can change the skin colour using Hue/Saturation/Lightness and change the Saturation, or the Hue or both.
For this you need to select the skin you want to change otherwise the whole image will change too.

Or you can use a free plugin-in by MV's Plugins>Color Replacer.
I like that one very much.

Have downloaded the colour replacer, but says for photoshop. will this work with psp8.?? and if so how do I get it to psp8 thanks Denise
